CHANGES TO THE PUBLISHED 2009 ATP OFFICIAL RULEBOOK

The published 2009 ATP Official Rulebook has been revised as noted below. An updated version of each applicable Section is available for download on this page.

· Section 8.02 TOURNAMENT VIOLATIONS has been amended effective as of 14 September 2009.

· Section 8.06 FINAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (7.06 in the 2008 Rulebook) was inadvertently omitted from the 2009 ATP Official Rulebook. It has been reinserted at the bottom of page 163.

· Section 9.05 B. DAVIS CUP POINTS PER DOUBLES PLAYED was inadvertently omitted from the 2009 ATP Official Rulebook. It has been inserted on page 169. Consequently, current section 9.05 B. becomes 9.05 C and includes the addition of 5) on page 170.

· Clarification to Section 1.21 Hotel Accommodations, A. 2) e) has been added on page 21.

· Clarification to Section 7.20 A. Lucky Loser Selection has been added as a Case and Decision on page 94.
