2011 -- Compiled his best season (w/Butorac), winning 3 ATP World Tour titles in 4 finals and a Grand Slam-best SF at Australian Open (l. to eventual champs Bryan brothers)…Finished No. 9 and served as alternates for Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London after narrowly missing out of Top 8 by 120 points...Jumped off to 12-6 start in 1st 2 months with final in Memphis (l. to Mirnyi-Nestor) and 3 SF - Auckland, Australian Open and Delray Beach...On May 1, captured clay court title in Estoril (d. M. Lopez-Marrero) and 3 weeks later, added another title in Nice (d. S. Gonzalez-Marrero)...Struggled in next 8 tournaments with 6-8 mark and did not win back-to-back matches again until Asian circuit in fall…On Oct. 2, earned 3rd title of season in Kuala Lumpur (d.
