The second day of the Campbell's Hall of Fame Tennis Championships on Tuesday feature the top three seeds – last year’s finalist Sam Querrey, Santiago Giraldo and Alejandro Falla -- along with No. 7 and reigning champion Rajeev Ram and French wild card Nicolas Mahut, who plays his first singles match since the three-day first round Wimbledon marathon loss to John Isner 70-68 in the fifth set.

In the opening match on Center Court, No. 5 seed and three-time Newport quarter-finalist Mardy Fish takes on countryman and the oldest American in the Top 100 Michael Russell, who is 32 years, 2 months.

In the second match, Mahut, who was runner-up here in 2007, brings a 1-0 mark against Falla. Mahut, also a quarter-finalist here last year, has a 7-4 career mark in Newport.

In the third match-on, Querrey plays countryman Jesse Levine for the first time. Querrey enters at a personal-best No. 19 in this week’s South African Airways 2010 ATP Rankings. Last year the California native reached the final, losing to Ram in three sets. Ram is the last match on Center Court as he takes on Spaniard Ivan Navarro for the first time. Last year Ram was a lucky loser ranked No. 181. He also captured the doubles title (w/Kerr).

There’s plenty of action on outside courts with seven matches, including   No. 2 Giraldo and 17-year-old American wild card Denis Kudla, who makes his ATP World Tour main draw debut on Court 1.

In addition, Ukraine native Sergei Bubka, son of world record pole vault holder and 1988 Olympic gold medalist Sergey Bubka, makes his ATP World Tour main draw debut against Chris Guccione.
