Top Seeds Reach Bangkok Final

Top seeds Oliver Marach and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi cruised into the final of the PTT Thailand Open on Friday in Bangkok as they defeated third-seeded Italians Simone Bolelli and Fabio Fognini 6-4, 6-1.

The Austrian-Pakistani pairing, who are playing together for the first time this week, converted all four of their break point chances and were solid on serve, surrendering just three points as they claimed victory in 48 minutes.

The remaining quarter-final action was completed as Germans Michael Kohlmann and Alexander Waske came from behind to beat Israeli second seeds Jonathan Erlich and Andy Ram 2-6, 6-4, 10-7 in 76 minutes.
