Each day during the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals we’ll take a look at the happenings on and off the court at the season finale.

Time Is Running Out!
The Barclays ATP World Tour Finals may have drawn to a close, but tennis enthusiasts still have one last chance to be part of the prestigious circuit finale. The Player Locker Auction, which benefits Save the Children and charities of the Top 8 players’ choices, remains open through Tuesday, 29 November, with bidding ending between 5pm - 8:30pm GMT.

The eight different auctions have already attracted a combined $50,000. Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal’s lockers lead the way, each drawing bids of more than $15,000, while Andy Murray’s locker (which includes an autographed iPad) has a current bid of $7,000.

Tennis & Football, Love-All
Footballers continued to have a large presence at The O2 for Sunday's final, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Pires, Gareth Bale, Andrei Arshavin, Chris Smalling and Nani coming out to watch Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the final.

"Tennis is a very popular sport among the football community. It goes hand-in-hand," explained Boris Becker. "We like each other. Whenever we get the chance we like to see each other perform."

"I think everyone likes watching the likes of Djokovic, Nadal, Federer, Murray, all them types of players, so it’s great to be able to watch them tonight," said Bale of Tottenham Hotspurs.

Former footballer Ian Wright, who came out earlier in the week, added, "I think that watching someone like Federer at his peak and Thierry Henry and Tiger Woods, all those kind of people at the very top of their game, and I was fortunate enough to see Federer like that. It’s quite an honour, to be honest."

In addition to the football players, other celebrities in attendance Sunday included Mayor of London Boris Johnson, Pippa Middleton, British model Lily Cole and former rugby star Thomas Castaignede. More than 250,000 spectators came out to enjoy tennis at The O2 over the past week, with 10 of the 15 sessions filling all 17,500 seats.
