DUBAI FRIDAY PREVIEW - TOP 3 SEEDS & FORMER WORLD NO. 4 IN DREAM SEMI-FINALS
• The top three seeds are into the semi-finals at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships for the second year in a row and for the second time in the tournament’s 20-year history
• Three Top 4 players and a former World No. 4 make up a dream semi-final line-up on Friday. The foursome have combined for a 53-6 match record this season
• The first semi-final pits World No. 1 Novak Djokovic against World No. 4 Andy Murray, and although Djokovic leads the head-to-head, 7-4, their last meeting was a four-hour, 50-minute semifinal marathon in the semifinals of the Australian Open, which Djokovic closed out 7-5 in the fifth set

DELRAY BEACH FRIDAY PREVIEW – FIVE OF TOP EIGHT SEEDS, FORMER CHAMPION HIGHLIGHT QUARTER-FINALS
• The quarter-finals  on Friday at the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships feature five of the top eight seeds along with the 2010 champion.

• In the first singles match of the day, No. 5 seed Philipp Kohlschreiber of Germany looks for his second win in as many meetings against top Israeli Dudi Sela. Both players are appearing in the quarter-finals in Delray Beach for the first time. Kohlschreiber is 12-5 in 2012 and he’s looking to reach his third semi-final (Auckland and Montpellier). Sela is attempting to reach his first ATP World Tour semi-final since Chennai in January 2010.

• In the second match,  Aussie qualifier Marinko Matosevic squares off with 2010 Delray Beach champion Ernests Gulbis of Latvia for the first time. The 26-year-old Matosevic is appearing in his first career ATP World Tour quarter-final and he’s the lowest-ranked player left at No. 173. Gulbis, who is   7-1 lifetime in Delray Beach, is appearing in his first ATP World Tour quarter-final of the season and his last semi-final came in Los Angeles in August 2011 when he went on to capture the title.

• In the third match, top seed and No. 2 American John Isner  takes on No. 8 seed Bernard Tomic of Australia in a first-time meeting. Isner is a career-high No. 11 this week in the South African Airways ATP Rankings and he has an 8-3 match record on the season. His last semi-final came at ATP World Tour Masters 1000 Paris in November last season. Tomic, who is appearing in the main draw here this week for the first time, is trying to advance to his second career ATP World Tour semi-final. In the opening week he advanced to the semi-finals on home soil in Brisbane.

• In the evening session, No. 4 seed and 2002 Delray Beach finalist Andy Roddick brings a 2-1 career mark against No. 7 seed Kevin Anderson of South Africa. Roddick is playing in his second quarter-final of the season and his last semi-final came in Winston-Salem in August 2011. Roddick, who played his first ATP World Tour tournament here 12 years ago and who last competed in Delray Beach in 2003, enters ranked No. 30, his lowest ranking since August 13, 2001. He’s 4-3 on the year. Anderson is back in the quarter-finals here for the second straight year and he’s 7-4 on the season. He was a quarter-finalist in San Jose two weeks ago. His last semi-final came in Vienna last October.

ACAPULCO FRIDAY PREVIEW – TWO-TIME CHAMP FERRER, VERDASCO, WAWRINKA, GIRALDO IN SEMI-FINALS 
• The semi-finals at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel on Friday feature the two-time reigning champion, a former finalist and two unseeded players.

• In the first match on Cancha Central, former World No. 9 Stanislas Wawrinka and No. 8 seed Fernando Verdasco square off for the third time (tied 1-1), the first meeting since July 2005. Both players are looking to reach their first final of the year. Wawrinka is attempting to reach his first ATP World Tour final in Latin America and 10th overall title match (3-6). Verdasco is trying to reach his second ATP World Tour final in Acapulco. He advanced to his first career final here in 2004 (l. to Moya).

• In the next match, top seed and two-time reigning champion David Ferrer brings a 16-1 match record on the season against top Colombian Santiago Giraldo. Ferrer won the previous meeting in the semi-finals of Auckland in January last year.  Ferrer is on a 13-match winning streak in Acapulco and he owns a career mark of 16-3 here.
