Fans at the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships are in for a feast of tennis Thursday after rain prevented any singles matches from being completed Wednesday.
All eight second-round matches will be played Thursday, highlighted by top seed John Isner taking on Japan’s Go Soeda and defending champion Kevin Anderson playing Yen-Hsun Lu of Chinese Taipei.
On Wednesday the only singles match to get underway was the clash between two-time former champion Xavier Malisse of Belgium and Spaniard Daniel Munoz- De La Nava. The match was level at 2-2 when rain halted play.
