Gstaad, Switzerland

Spanish doubles team Pablo Andujar and Guillermo Garcia-Lopez took time away from the courts on Friday to try their hand at making Swiss cheese in Gstaad. The duo, who are through to the final of the Crédit Agricole Suisse Open Gstaad, were joined by Garcia-Lopez’s girlfriend, Andra, for the activity.

The trio prepared cheese together with a local producer and tasted the final product. “In my region we produce the famous Manchego cheese and it was very interesting to see how cheese is produced here in Switzerland,” said Valencia native Andujar.

“This is a fun activity and we even get to try some local cheese,” added Garcia-Lopez. “This afternoon we went biking in the mountains so this is the perfect ending to a typical Gstaad day.”

Andujar and Garcia-Lopez will face third seeds Jamie Murray and John Peers in the Gstaad final.
