Hockey fans Philipp Kohlschreiber, Jarkko Nieminen, Martin Klizan, Jaroslav Levinsky and Canadian Jesse Levine teamed up for a game of street hockey against NHL stars Daniel Briere of the Montreal Canadiens and Alexandre Burrows of the Vancouver Canucks at the Stade Uniprix hosting the Rogers Cup in Montreal. Former NHL player Goerges Laraque and former NFL quarterback Jesse Palmer also joined. Playing with hockey sticks and a tennis ball, the game was tied 4-4 in regulation and the ATP squad won the match 5-4 after a shootout, leaving the NHL players stunned.

Levine, an avid hockey fan, was enthralled by the event. "It was an amazing experience. It was like coming back from school as a kid and playing pick-up hockey in the streets." The World No. 124 found himself star-struck as well. "It was fun to be on the same court as the NHL players like Burrows and Briere," he added. "Maybe next time it will be on ice and it will be even more fun."

The 2013 Rogers Cup, an ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event, gets underway Monday in Montreal.
