Andy Roddick
Charities and Causes
Inspired by a conversation with Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick began his foundation in 2001, one year after turning professional. With the slogan, “Talent is Universal, Opportunity is Not”, the goal of the Andy Roddick Foundation is to improve the quality of life and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all children, based on the principles of respect for family, education and morality.
Roddick truly believes that every child needs a support system to allow him/her to have hope for a bright future.
Highlights
To date, the Andy Roddick Foundation has raised more than $10 million, with the proceeds going to charities in South Florida and Texas.
