Enjoyed his best career season by breaking into Top 100 for first time...Compiled a 1-5 record in Tour play and a 0-3 record in Challenger play during first four months, but turned year around in May, defeating No. 7 Rios to advance to QF in St. Poelten (l. to Filippini)...In June, reached the final of the Furth Challenger (l. to Sanguinetti)...Two weeks later, defeated Sanguinetti in final of the Eisenach Challenger...Best result during summer was a QF in Bastad (l. to Marin)...Broke into Top 100 on Sept. 29 with a victory over Rosset in 1st RD in Toulouse...Reached a career-high No. 82 after winning consecutive Challenger claycourt titles in Lima (d.
