The No. 1 Dane compiled his best results on Challenger level, putting together a 28-19 match record and one title...Began season in impressive fashion with win over No. 8 Nalbandian in Chennai (l. to Karlovic in 2nd RD)...Also reached 2nd RD in San Jose, Memphis, Poertschach and Roland Garros...Nearly half of his losses (seven of 16) came to Top 20 opponents on ATP circuit during year...In April, won Challenger title at St. Brieuc, France (d.
