1996 -- Made a successful ATP debut in San Marino, reaching doubles final (w/Hood), losing to countrymen Albano-Arnold...Also SF in Santiago and two Challengers...

1997 -- Won four of five Challenger doubles finals (w/Hood)...

1998 -- Finished a year-end best No. 160 in singles, highlighted by Santiago Challenger title (d. Wessels) and SF in two other Challengers...Captured second career ATP doubles title in Santiago and reached final in San Marino (both w/Hood)....Went 1-3 in Challenger finals...

1999 -- Captured singles title at Seville Challenger (d. Diaz) and SF in three other Challengers...Earned his third ATP title in Palermo (w/Hood) and compiled a 3-2 record in Challenger finals...Reached 3rd RD at Roland Garros...

2000 -- Best singles result was runner-up at Santiago Challenger (l. to Moyano)...Captured Sao Paulo-2 Challenger doubles title (w/Hood) and runner-up at Skopje Challenger (w/Petrovic)...

2001 -- Collected singles title at Brasilia-2 Challenger (d. De Chaunac)...Reached three straight ATP doubles finals to begin season, winning title in Bogota and reaching finals in Vina del Mar and Buenos Aires (w/Hood)...Also runner-up at Venice Challenger (w/Horna)...

2002 -- Won Challenger titles at Maia (w/Roitman) and Sao Paulo-3 (w/Hood) while reaching five other finals...

2003 -- Captured Argentina #5 Futures singles title (d. J. Silva)...In doubles, picked up fourth ATP title in Buenos Aires (w/Hood) and won three Challenger titles with as many partners -- Salinas (w/M. Garcia), Barletta (w/Roitman) and Braunschweig (w/Thomas)...

2004 -- Reached ATP finals in Barcelona (w/Hood) and Sopot (w/M. Garcia), both in three sets...

2005 -- Advanced to a career-high five ATP finals, winning titles in Stuttgart and Bucharest (w/Acasuso) while reaching finals in Buenos Aires, Bastad (w/Acasuso) and Sopot (w/Arnold)...Also won Challenger titles in Bermuda and Prague (both w/Kerr)...Finished a year-end best No. 31 in doubles.
