Started playing aged five, because of his father, Guzman, a dentist, played at a local club in Mataro; mother is Leonor; has an older brother, Eduard, who works at a sports shop, and one younger sister, Anna, a student...Is following an online business administration degree...When not on the tour, he enjoys most spending time with friends and family...Favourite surface is clay and favourite shot is  forehand...He is a big fan of the FC Barcelona and likes to go to the Camp Nou when he gets a chance...Idol growing up was Alex Corretja.
