Rochus Loses Out Again - Belgium’s Olivier Rochus finished runner-up in Newport for the second year in a row, having lost out to Mardy Fish in the 2010 final. The 30 year old dropped to a 2-7 mark in finals.

Kamke Breaks Through - Tobias Kamke reached his first ATP World Tour semi-final of the season before falling to eventual champion John Isner.  The German was the 2010 ATP Newcomer of the Season.

Ebden-Harrison Success - After playing each other in the singles first round (Ebden reached the QFs), Matthew Ebden and Ryan Harrison tasted success in the doubles as they won their first ATP World Tour title.

Isner 

Isner Captures Second ATP Crown
John Isner broke the ‘Casino Curse’ at the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships as he became the first top seed to win the title since the inaugural edition in 1976. In a match that featured the biggest-ever height differential in an ATP World Tour final, 6’9’’ Isner defeated 5’6’’ Olivier Rochus 6-3, 7-6(7) to claim his second ATP World Tour title.
