Ferrer Denied - David Ferrer lost his fifth final in a row as he was beaten by Grigor Dimitrov. The Spaniard has a 20-20 tour-level finals record and was making his third appearance in Stockholm.
Raonic
Raonic Upset - Barclays ATP World Tour Finals contender Milos Raonic saw his hopes hit with a quarter-final defeat to Benoit Paire. The Frenchman went on to lose to Grigor Dimitrov in three sets in the semis.
Gulbis
Gulbis Reaches Semis - Fifth seed Ernests Gulbis came one win short of reaching his third ATP World Tour final of the season, losing to David Ferrer in the semis. The Latvian won the titles in Delray Beach and St. Petersburg.

Dimitrov 

Dimitrov Wins First Title 
Grigor Dimitrov captured his first ATP World Tour title, battling back to stun David Ferrer 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the If Stockholm Open final. The 22 year old becomes the eighth first time champion in 2013. He becomes the first Bulgarian to win on the ATP World Tour in the Open Era. Dimitrov met with the Swedish royal family following the match, including Crown Princess H.R.H. Victoria, H.R.H. Prince Daniel and little Princess Estelle.
