Croatian Excellence At PBZ Zagreb Indoors
The PBZ Zagreb Indoors is the first European stop on the ATP World Tour calendar. Croatians have enjoyed success in their capital city, beginning with Davis Cup hero Ivan Ljubicic's triumph at the inaugural event in 2006. He went on to runner-up efforts the following two years, and Mario Ancic and Marin Cilic maintained Croatia's final streak as they faced off for the title in 2009.

World No. 10 Marin Cilic came through a tough test to defend his title at the PBZ Zagreb Indoors, defeating first-time finalist Michael Berrer 6-4, 6-7(5), 6-3 in the final of the ATP World Tour 250 indoor hard-court tennis tournament. He improved to a 15-1 match record on the 2010 season, with the fifth ATP World Tour title of his career.
